I don't know, Herbie Hancock's Fat Albert Rotunda -made for Cosby's cartoon production- is pretty damn funky. IMO, the best work Hancock ever produced. I was never a fan of his Jazz-Fusion shtuff. Isaac Hayes had a couple decent funk tracks after shaft too, like 'Truck Turner' and 'Three Tough Guys'.

Ok, Lisa Gerrard also worked at the score for "Gladiator" and she was the singer of Dead can Dance... I don't think that she's a one hit wonder
Yann Tiersen on the other side also did the score for "Goodbye Lenin". Just take a look at last.fm and you will see that this OST also ist quite popular

Except for these two artist your list is pretty cool and very interesting. :)
