I confess I'm a little confused--from what I can find on the internet, the only Donovan songs that exist from this picture were recently re-recorded with only guitar accompaninment (these are obviously older and from the picture will full backgrounds), and those tracks have mostly different titles than the songs here. So is this some extremely rare boot taken from the picture or what? Anybody know?
This seams not to be the real Soundtrack from LP (100%). Sound quality is not really good (=poor), seems to be a direct dupe from the film. You can hear some background noises from the film. Though it´s well done and better than no soundrack. - I will never understand why there is no OST for Brother Sun Sister Moon availiable on the market. Nevertheless the film is availiable on DVD meanwhile. A must have! But the extracted Music is not much better than this "soundrack". So give it a try if you love the film like I do...
It´s definitly not the original soundtrack. It´s interesting what wikipedia says about this:

It seems there was in te 70's an italian soundtrack for this movie, but I haven't seen it. It is true that this is not the original soundtrack (official) but is a good way to have this music just like we hear it in the film. I remember we had Zefirelli's Romeo and Juliet soundtrack in an old LP and it keeped all the background sounds of the movie and the dialogs so it doesn't bother me.
I'm going to try to edit the sound of this soundtrack to make it better or reextract the music from the movie again and handle it to create a cleaner version.
